TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions. If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF) Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account. If this don’t work is there someone or somewhere I could talk to. My former sister in law deleted them from her computer after she separated from my son so u see I need them. We are in dire need of them my bank is really pressing me for them. The paper work that was filed with turbo you must have them on file in a computer somewhere. I get a copy of our tax filings for year 2019 tax id# 043-326-337.
